![]() With this side of the business, I don't see how I can run it to Amazon's standards without having constant turnover and overall employee dissatisfaction.Īs a DSP, is there enough leeway for me to make the working experience of drivers at least semi-pleasant? I'm the kind of guy who's not afraid to get my hands dirty and am willing to help load up trucks, do basic van maintenance, etc. As a business owner (and a human being in general), I absolutely am against the idea of drivers having to pee in bottles in order to meet deadlines, get mentally destroyed trying to deliver 400 packages daily, etc. What's concerning to me is the non-existent working standards being given to drivers. I have a rough idea of how DSP operates, in lieu of working in conjunction with a dispatcher, etc. My corporate life was in distribution and I also have done Flex, Doordash, etc. ![]() ![]() I've been interested in joining on with Amazon DSP as a new business venture as I've had previous success with Amazon's other programs.
